Northern Alberta CS Symposium June 2024

Our annual June CSTA Symposium will be hosted by McEwan University. We will meet at 9:00 for conversation and coffee, the official meeting with start at 9:30. We will have CS teachers, post-secondary leaders, other connections in the CS space. Come prepared to share project ideas, tips and tricks, some discussion on how AI played out in our classrooms, useful tools and repositories and the change from assignment to objective marks. We will have a discussion on Equity and meaning steps to increase equity in CS classrooms. Followed by a connections lunch and collaborative lesson planning after lunch, if desired.
