chocolatemousse
This chocolate mousse is the easiest one to do I know. You only need two ingredients and it takes no more than 10 minutes to prepare it. You can make more of it, you just keep the proportions. For the chocolate, you can use dark chocolate or a mix of milk and dark chocolate as I do often for my son. For three persons, you will need:

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams chocolate

Prepare a bain-marie (fill a saucepan with some water and place a bowl over it in which you will put the chocolate, the water has to be heated at a very low temperature) to melt the chocolate. When the chocolate is completely melted let it cool. In the meantime, separate the eggs, reserve the yolks and whisk the egg whites until thick in consistency. Stir the egg yolks into the chocolate and then fold gently the whites until just combined. Transfer into glasses, small cups or ramekins or leave it into a bigger bowl to share… Let it chill in the fridge for a couple of hours
