This juice is loaded with vitamin C thanks to the kiwis, the apples and carrots. It is also anti inflammatory thanks to the aloe vera and ginger which will also boost your immune system. The golden kiwi are sweeter than the “regular” ones.
For this juice, you will need:
- 3 golden kiwis
- 1 golden apple
- 1 Fuji apple
- 5 medium carrots
- 1 hand full of grapes
- 1 aloe vera leaf
- 1 piece of ginger, about an inch
Peal the kiwis, the carrots and the aloe vera leaf. Cut all the fruits and veggies and pass all of them in the juicer.
Juice on!
Really this is making me want to buy a juicer. My daughter and husband both have terrible colds just now, they are so sick! I’m making them hot ginger drinks but it is very difficult to get them to have fruit, I might shop for a juicer today. They need vitamin c!

If you buy a juicer, you might want to have a look here: http://gerson.org/gerpress/gerson-guide-to-juicers/ It is a good guide and help you make a good choice. Hot Ginger and Vitamin C are also very good supplement… I take a very, very high dose of Vit C when I am sick… Be careful to chose natural Vitamin C and make sure it is ” buffered” to avoid intestinal problems… Take good care of them and your self.
