This juice is a great start of your weak mornings… You will have to chose sweet oranges to make sure it balances the lemon. The beetroot will give the juice a deeper colour. Juicing has many health benefits and will really nourish your body, but it should not replace a meal, including breakfast.

To make the juice you will need:

  • 4 oranges (type Navelina)
  • 3 beautiful carrots (or 6 small ones)
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 beetroot

You pass everything to the juicer and drink on!
