- 200 grams strawberries
- 100 grams raspberries
- about 50 grams pistachio (Nuts are a great source of Vitamin E and good fats)
I have added raw cocoa nibbles (raw chocolate is considered as super food), sesame seeds as well as some sugar (unrefined).
Pistachios are a great source of energy and antioxidants (those little things that help you age well). They are a great source of Vitamin E, about 23g for 100g. Vitamin E is important to have a great skin.
Pistachios are also packed with a lot of the B Vitamins like B-6, B-3 (niacin), B-2 (riboflavin), B-1 (thiamine). The nuts contains also many minerals like copper, magnesium, potassium, iron and zinc…
