Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy
Conference registrations are refundable up to 50% of the ticket price until June 1, 2024.
No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2024. Please note that if you select the ticket option that includes a year of CSTA+ Membership, the $50 membership fee is non-refundable. CSTA+ Membership lasts 1 year and is not an automatically renewed subscription.
The Southern Spark Conference cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control, such as inclement weather, venue conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be provided in such situations. Approved refunds may be issued within 90 days after the conference concludes, subject to review and approval by the Southern Spark Conference team. The final decision on refunds rests with the conference organizers.
Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend the conference, you may request a substitution for your registration. Please email team@southernsparkcon.com with the name of the original registrant and their confirmation number, as well as the name and email address of the new registrant.
No Show Policy
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
